I had an enjoyable stay in a quiet town. The rooms were well-appointed with two double beds. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a variety of dishes, and I appreciated the lovely garden view. Everything was just perfect.

the standard double room overlooks river and includes coffee & tea making facilities, fridges, and glassware. the setting is exceptional and pleasant, it's close enough to poland for dinner and underground.

Everything is clean and perfect. Welcoming staff contributes to create quiet atmosphere. The room is very pretty and fairly quiet and equipped with coffee, a small fridge, and a sofa set. Thank you for a such great stay...

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently situated next to the two bridges leading to the Polish side and a lovely park along the Elbe River with stunning views of Poland. I stayed in a king suite, which featured stylish grey-brown-painted walls and two comfortable double beds. It was a delightful experience overall!

The hotel location is very convenient for walking into the Upper and the Lower Market parts of the town with all the sightseeing sites within walking distance of each other. The hotel has secured parking areas - underground and at the rear of the hotel. Convenient to have Internet/WIFI access in the lobby.

I consider the price of breakfast slightly high as a few minutes walk and a Continental Breakfast costs up to EURO 6.00 less. The fees per night for both parking areas considered a little too high.

A very nice hotel and more than expected for the money we paid. Restaurant food was lovely.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo and it provided all the amenities I needed for my business trip, such as a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and convenient dry cleaning/laundry services. I found these featured amenities to be useful and well-maintained during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room where I could have conducted meetings or presentations with clients. It would have been beneficial to have a designated space within the hotel for such business activities.

I stayed at Parkhotel for a few days and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, close to the State Park, Old City, and Polish border. The room was luxurious with warm colors, a large closet, mini fridge, sofa, and spacious bathroom. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome. The hotel offers a free sauna and exercise room, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. They also surprised us with a special celebration for our anniversary. a comforting home away from home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was simply perfect - nestled in a park, yet still close to the city center. I loved being able to go for a stroll through the beautiful surroundings and easily explore the historic area. The service was top-notch here, with room service and car hire available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that my every need was taken care of. The room itself was superb, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the furnishings were of high quality. I especially enjoyed the smart TV and the coffee machine in the room. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We loved the view from our room overlooking the river and the convenient location near the bridges to the Polish side. The hotel facilities were great and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was delicious and the room was spotlessly clean.

Conveniently placed, comfortable, and excellent food. If you want to be close to everything, this hotel has a great location. It's comfortable and the food is outstanding. I loved the fact that I could enjoy an amazing breakfast in the morning and be ready to start my day without worrying about finding a restaurant. the parking is a plus! It's great to have that option available.

Poor staff service, inadequate Wi-Fi, and lack of basic amenities. Unfortunately, the staff was disappointing.
